At the ad­van­ced trai­ning course “Co­agu­la­tion Round Ta­ble 2.0” or­ga­ni­zed by Prim. Univ.- Prof. Dr. med. univ. Si­bylle Lan­gen­ecker, MBA, the cur­rent and fu­ture gui­de­lines for post­ope­ra­tive throm­bo­sis pro­phy­la­xis and pe­ri­ope­ra­tive blood co­agu­la­tion were pre­sen­ted as part of an in­ter­di­sci­pli­nary col­la­bo­ra­tion bet­ween An­es­the­sia and Or­tho­pe­dics. Clin. As­soc. Prof. Li­dia Mara, MD from Bar­ce­lona, a pro­ven in­ter­na­tio­nal ex­pert and mem­ber of the ESAIC Gui­de­lines Working Group, was in­vi­ted, as well as the or­tho­pe­dist and trau­ma­to­lo­gist PD DDr. Ma­xi­mi­lian Kas­pa­rek from the Evan­ge­li­cal Hospital.
