Im­portant in­for­ma­tion about pri­vate practice

I, Dr. Ma­xi­mi­lian Kas­pa­rek, work in my prac­tice in the 18th dis­trict as a pri­vate phy­si­cian (no di­rect he­alth insu­rance bil­ling). You will re­ceive an in­voice on-site, which you can sub­mit to your sta­tu­tory he­alth insu­rance for reim­bur­se­ment. De­pen­ding on your insu­rance ra­tes, you will be reim­bur­sed for a por­tion of the fee; if you have sup­ple­men­tary insu­rance for out­pa­ti­ent ser­vices, the re­mai­ning amount will also be reim­bur­sed ac­cor­ding to your contract. 

Should sur­gery be ne­ces­sary, I can ad­mit you di­rectly to the Evan­ge­li­sches Kran­ken­haus Wien (Evan­ge­li­cal Hos­pi­tal Vi­enna). I would be happy to ad­vise you per­so­nally re­gar­ding the in­cur­red costs. 

If you wish to can­cel an ap­point­ment at the prac­tice, I kindly re­quest no­ti­fi­ca­tion at least 24 hours be­fore the sche­du­led ap­point­ment. At a la­ter point, the full cost for the ap­point­ment will be char­ged to you.
